JOB IDENTIFICATION
Title: Country Head - IT Staffing
Division: Staff Augmentation
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Work Time: 9 AM to 6 PM (Mon Fri)
SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS
Reports To: CEO/President
Supervises: Account Managers & Technical Recruiters
The Ideal Candidate:
8+ years experience in IT Staffing preferably in a Temp/Contract Staffing role
Should have good experience into delivery, operations and P&L in temporary staffing of large volumes.
Experience in business development in IT Staffing domain will be a bonus
Must have experience in leading & mentoring a team of min 8-10 resources
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, plan, manage and direct the overall recruiting processes and budgets
Will be responsible for managing the customer accounts in terms of SLA delivery, Customer satisfaction, Customer reviews, renewals/ enhancement of business /meet business needs
Develop and sustain excellent customer relationship through deep engagement and delivering continuous value by meeting customer expectations and handling issues. Should be process oriented.
Experience heading the recruiting division & end to end IT Staffing operations
Should have good experience into delivery, operations and P&L in temp staffing of large volumes.
This role will have overall responsibility for the team P&L, detailed reporting and analysis relating to both revenue and costs to help make key business decisions and also strictly measure teams performance and track it with P&L on monthly/quarterly basis.
Should conduct regular reviews of team members with feedback, complete objectives, perform appraisals on time and nominate to relevant behavioral and technical training programs.
Responsible for manpower planning/staffing and liaising with the vendors.
Responsible for preparing MIS reports, Root cause analysis report etc..
Recruiting experience for other countries apart from India will be an added advantage
Self-driven. Motivated to maximize customer experience and earning potential.
Recommend "A Players" to customer hiring manager, negotiate bill rates with suppliers to get the best value for my customer, participate in the gathering and reconciling of payroll on a weekly basis.
Excellent use of company's CRM system to track account contacts, opportunities and build reports for effective decision making.
Experience with Asia Pacific region will be an added advantage.
Previous experience in business development, bidding for projects will be an added advantage
