Senior Technical Manager for TV Channel in Tanzania

* We carry close to 110 channels of which 6 are our own channels and the rest are from 3rd parties content/channel providers. 
* We have a teleport in Tanzania and feeds are coming from different region to our teleport vis fibre/ microwave. 
* We have two transponders for which we downlink the channels in our teleport and uplink it in satellite. 
* Channels for the third transponder is done through our partner teleport in France.

• He will be overall responsible for managing and co-ordinating all the live and recorded programmes from out studio.
• MCR, PCR, CAR, ingest, studio,Edit/Graphic suits, HE, OB VAN, DSNg Operations
• HD cameras Sony HSC 300R, HXC100, PMW400K, PMW320K, PMW 200, PXWX-320, PXWX-160, Black Magic 4K Cine Camera
• Video switchers Sony, Panasonic/ Black Magic, For-A, Trickster
• Slow motion systems
• Tandberg Erricson/Harmonics IP/RF encoders-Decoders
• OFC encoders & Decoders/Format Converters
• Harris/Azon/Nevion Glue Systems

• Vertex/CPI/Terrasat/Alga/Xicom HPAs and SSPA/s
• Vertex/Advent Up-converters
• Sony/Panasonic/AJA/Black Magic VTRs 
• VSM central routing/Controlling software
• Digital and analog audio mixing consoles
• Online and offline graphic systems
• KU/C band antennas/VSAT Antennas/GPS receivers /Beacon
• STUDIO lighting
• Graphics knowledge and implementation
• Virtual Studio/Augmented reality Vizrrt Trio & Libero Graphics machines

• Leadership qualities to manage and lead the team
• Should have at least 10 years of experience in this industry
