Candidate must have GCC experience with min 5 years experience in FM Division.
Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Mechanical.
Responsibility :
FM- maintenance Manager is responsible for safe maintenance, replacement or repair of all MEP, HVAC & Civil works, to ensure Quality Control/Quality assurance and implementation of HSE regulations. This will include but not be limited to building finishes, MEP engineering, utilities, cleaning, infrastructure, landscaping, operational health & safety and security.
Candidates must have strong experience in Facility Maintenance Service Delivery for the top Facilities Equipment related to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing, Low Voltage systems as well as landscape, cleaning, pest control and Turf Management for the tier one stadiums.
To interact with Customer on periodical basis on project status and to check the implementation of corrective action as agreed on managing facilities maintenance activities. Planning and Making the annual Preventive Maintenance of mechanical Systems (Monthly, Quarterly, and annually).
Checking and follow-up for Technical report, Periodic maintenance reports, Checking list approval and Samples accreditation from contractors HVAC, BMS, Power Generators, Elevators, Pump Room, Plumping and Firefighting systems Construction, Maintenance and Operation Preparing documents, specification and pricing to put out tenders for contractors Follow-up and Managing Mechanical Tenders ,Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money Cost estimation for tenders, work orders and projects. Handling monthly payment for maintenance contracts and sub contractors
