Job Responsibilities:

Managing all processes and functions within a warehouse.

Maintaining high standards of materials handling, Responsible for the warehouse security and accountability. 

Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively, Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations. 

Leading, motivating, training and developing staff, visiting clients to monitor the quality of service they are receiving. 

Updating & maintaining computerized & paper based administrative records. 

Responsible for the disciplinary & grievance procedures, working with team leaders to review procedures & maximize customer satisfaction, Producing incident and performance reports for senior managers. 

Control inventory levels and issue work orders, maintain the appearance of the warehouse by employing aesthetics and logistics, ensure that productivity targets are met constantly.

Ensure quality and quantity of received and shipped goods, Produce periodical reports on work processes and warehouse workers, Ensures safeguarding of warehouse operations by monitoring procedures and protocols.

Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, identifying warehouse system improvements, Secures warehouse by turning alarms on, testing systems.

Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory movement for Quality Check / Line Feed and Disposal with related departments.

Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.

Maintains inventory by conducting Perpetual Inventory, Monthly physical counts; reconciling variances, inputting data.

To handle all warehouse activity responsible for daily dispatches & inwards Maintain physical & system stock records Maintain goods challan, both inward & outward.
