Job Description:-

Sourcing and Procurement
Source for products in accordance to requirement given and market assessment
Effectively communicate with partner/supplier/subcontractor
Follow up on performance and reliability of business partners
Devise and perform performance check on partners
Effectively communicate to achieve the most cost effective business
Perform costing of products under development
Ensure that all costs and operations maintains competitiveness
Communicate all processes of buying/hiring/subcontract works with partners
Devise and train team to effectively check, assess, and maintain quality of products

Merchandising 
Seek to understand partners (partner/supplier/subcontractor) operations and processes
Effectively control, anticipate, and prevent issues/problems
Seek new materials in accordance with company/team/markets requirements
