Salary: Basic 1000 USD per month + Free Food and Accommodation
Qualification: B.Com graduate
Must have good accounting knowledge
Should have knowledge of recos. and accounting entries
He must be clear with debit and credit concept and reconciliations, ledger posting.
Designation: Senior Accountant
Salary: Basic 1000 to 2000 USD per month + Free Food and Accommodation
Qualification: B.Com graduate
Job Profile:
AP Management-Booking of Invoices & Control Over Payment & Checking Fund Availability and
Credit Period of Payment
-Expenses, daily cash & Bank transactions booking & Monitoring through SAP.
- Tracking of Advances/Imprest Monthly Tracking and follow-up with concerned project team for settlement of advance
- Check the Accuracy and Completeness of the Employee/Suppliers Payable Invoice Before the Payment
- Balance Tracking of payment which is receivable and payable
- Operating on Vendors & customers reconciliation through SAP
- Processed as per SOP and Accurate Accounting
- Tracking of Contract compliance Checking
- Check & Clear GL And all open Items in AP/ AR
- Budget Vs Actual Monitoring & Control.
- Ensured that Taxes are paid on timely basis & there are no delays in payment of the same.
- Check & Highlighted long Outstanding Po and Advance Payment to Requester
- Employee Reimbursement Through SAP
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
- Handling Bank Related Matters LC opening , BG, International Payment
- Preparing Various Schedules and updates during Audit Period/Quarter Closing/Year End Closing
- Preparing Cash Flow, Working On MIS
- Assisting In Monthly Reporting would be an added advantage if the candidate posses
