Finance & Accounts Head for Turkey

Coordinating and Supervising for the Information/ Data requirement from Unit / Corporate / Group Companies / Inter Departments.
Supervising Control and Ensure execution and Compliance of the Internal and External DOA's and other Internal and external Policies 
MIS & Budgeting. 
Analysis for Comparison of budget versus actual - Variance Analysis 
Interpret & analyze industry data. Performing a detailed financial analysis on the intra group entities benchmarking against competition, build & maintain detailed data / information databases etc.
MIS analysis and continuous improvement - Sales / Production / Supply Chain and Financials.
Credit Management and Compliance as per the Credit Management policy 
Business Process Improvement and Strengthening of Internal Controls.
AD Management - Monitoring , Tracking & Reporting
Preparation of Anti dumping reports / Monitoring and Tracking Actions agreed as per Anti-dumping reports 
Coordinating and Supervising and Preparing Information/ Data requirements for any Dumping related Investigations
Evaluating and presenting Capex proposals by way of feasibility analysis etc
Special assignments as handed over by GCFO or PCH related to Risk Management, Tax Optimization, M&A opportunities, Funding, Projects, Secretarial & Legal affairs, New Initiatives etc.
Improve or Initiate IT Systems / Reporting automation 

Ideal Candidate should be :
CA 1st attempt. 
8-10 years of experience in a Manufacturing Set-up with Min 3-5 yrs in similar profile.
Good Analytical Skills
Good communication skills (Oral & written).
High EQ & IQ
Strong in MS-Office specifically in MS-Excel
