- Candidate should have Engineering Degree in any relevant discipline OR University Graduate, preferably in the Safety Sciences and/or Environmental Sciences disciplines. Relevant Masters Degree a significant plus.
A minimum of 5/10 years HSE training industry experience for Senior/Junior Instructor, respectively, preferably in the Oil & Gas and/or Construction industries, although other industries are acceptable.
Preferably at least 3 years conducting training courses.
Familiarity or experience with a wide range of HSE areas, e.g., Fire Fighting; First Aid/CPR, Fork Lift certification and safety, Crane safety, lock-out-tag-out (LOTO), H2S; radiation safety; respiratory protection, including SCBA use and maintenance; Hazardous Material handling and storage, hazardous waste management, hazardous waste operations emergency response (US HAZWOPER), etc.
HSE Certifications preferable (OSHA, NEBOSH, etc).
Good understanding of quality systems: ISO 9000, ISO 14000, HACCP, OHSAS 18001 etc.
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory; Arabic and Hindi is a plus.
PC Literate, able to use & manage desktop tools proficiently.
Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Power Point, and ability to learn new software quickly.

Salary 650 -750 KD. 10 to 15% salary after performance + Company car with fuel after getting Kuwait DL
