1. Extrusion Operator:
Minimum 3-5 years in extrusion production
Related Education
Experiences in UPVC Pipes & Fittings are preferred.
Department : Production
Exposure in Extrusion, Knowledge of pipe standards, die standards, die setting, trouble shooting and starting, stopping of extruder independently.
Must know English (Read, Write & Speak)
2. Maintenance Technician (Extruder):
Minimum 3 to 5years (for ITI Min 5 Years)
ITI / Diploma or relevant
Department : Maintenance
Knowledge undertaking preventive and break down maintenance of Extruders, Mixers and downstream equipments along with ancillary machines for PVC processing Trouble shooting of hydraulics, mechanical problems, knowledge of welding and other mental fabrication tools, able to use measuring instruments
Must know English (Read, Write & Speak)
3. Injection Maintenance Technician (Hydraulic & Mechanical):
Minimum 3 to 5 years
Qualification Diploma
Department : Maintenance
Should have experience in injection moulding machines (Ferromatik & Windsor preferred)
Should have hands on experience of handling hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical maintenance of injection moulding machine, preferably in the field of PVC fittings.
