We will also be manufacturing 33/11 KV clad sub-station and low voltage panels, synchronizing PLC panels, bus-ducts, rising mains etc.

HSE Manager

WORK EXPERIENCE IN SOLAR POWER PLANT AND GLOBAL EXPOSURE IS ESSENTIAL.

1. Implement approach of working together to achieve zero harm environment.
2. Assure contractors compliance to HSE requirements by implementing HSSE Program.
3. Encourage an open attitude towards reporting of incidents and creating an environment for discussions of incidents, their causes and recommendations
of safe working practices.
4. Register all incidents in incident register, perform investigations or contribute to Contractors investigations to understand the causes and influencing factors. 5. Ensure that recommendations are implemented, and shared across the portfolio of projects to prevent recurrence
6. Ensure a zero tolerance approach to unsafe practices
7. Carry out and document daily HSE inspections and facilitate for management safety walks
8. Plan and carry out weekly HSE coordination meetings with all contractors, participate in weekly construction coordination meetings
9. Ensure that Contractors training and awareness programs are carried out as planned
10. Review Method Statements incl. risk assessments, and ensure that contractors involve workers in Job Safety Analyses
11. Establish and implement a program of examinations to document contractors compliance.
12. Liaison and assist with monitoring of contractors implementation of environmental requirements. Act on occasion as the Community Liaison Officer.


CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS EXPERIENCE IN END TO END CONSTRUCTION SAFETY AND MUST POSSESS  FULL TIME DEGREE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING WITH NEBOSH CERTIFICATION AND DIPLOMA IN HSE FROM RECOGNIZE INSTITUTE

Strong in safety standards, international / global exposure is essential. Team player, excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills, communication skills and Human resource management skills. Should be having experience in conducting HSE trainings and latest HSE techniques.

12+ years experience


Full time engineering graduates with NEBOSH certification and Additional qualifications in Safety Management is required

Procurement Engineer - Middle East


  1. Understanding of materials specifications 
  2. Meeting timelines of deliveries
  3. Interaction with various vendors globally for requirement of materials for the site
  4. Evaluation and Shortlisting of vendors based on quotation and capabilities
  5. Raising of requisitions and orders
  6. Resolving issues of various stakeholders
  7. Submitting MIS and various reports to HO

High amount of integrity in handling affairs of the procurement function. Should be dependable and honest. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills is required.

Electrical engineering background with experience of working in Middle East is required. Total experience of 10 to 15 years required

Commercial Executive - Oman

Handling & processing vendor invoices, SAP, processing of payments, review of invoices for deductions, reconciliation of advances, review of budgets, MIS, co ordination with banks for payments, local compliances, audit, etc.

Graduate or post graduate in any stream with experience in above referred JD.
