Accounts Executive
    3-8 yrs exp in general accounting.
    MIS reporting
    TDS calculation
    GST, PF,ESI calculation
    Accounts payable
    Accounts receivables
    Professional Tax calculation
    Bank reconciliation 
    Cash flow statement calculation
      Bank reconciliation on a daily basis
      Verifying & Processing Vendor Payments 
      Preparation of Payable list on day to day basis
      Processing Petty cash payment
      Preparing Cash flow statement
      Reconciling Creditors and Debtors Balances
      TDS Calculation and Payments
      GST Calculation and Payments
      Verifying ESI and PF and Professional Tax contribution
      MIS Reporting
      Finalization of Books of Accounts
      Coordinating with Auditors for Income Tax Return Filing
      Coordinating with Auditors for TDS Quarterly Filing and Generating Form 16.
      Weekly Reporting on Accounting and Statutory Compliances.
      Maintaining Books of Accounts.
      General Accounting
      Administrative Executive
          Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
          Maintain contact lists
          Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
          Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
          Develop and maintain a filing system
          Order office supplies
          Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
          Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
          Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
          Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries
          Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
          Resolve administrative problems
          Receive, sort and distribute the mail
          Answer telephone calls and pass them on
          Manage staff appointments
            Proven admin or assistant experience
            Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
            Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
            Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
            Excellent written and verbal communication skills
            Strong organizational and planning skills
            Proficient in MS Office
            At least 2- 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
            Business Development Executive
                Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
                Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
                Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
                Research and identify new market opportunities.
                Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
                Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
                Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
                Building business relationships with current and potential clients
                Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
                Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
                Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
                Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining the database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
                Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
                Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals/targets
                Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration.
                Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
                  Masters degree is required.
                  Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
                  Excellent communication skills.
                  Experience in project management and/or sales.
                  High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
                  Experience with lead generation and prospect management
                  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
