Marketing Manager
- Reporting to the General Manager Retail Division
Responsible for managing the marketing calendar for several retail fashion concepts
Responsible for managing the brands marketing budget for marketing, events, PR
Build the brands localized social / online media content through Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
Work on annual marketing / promotions calendar in line with brand directives and marketing material from the principals Italy
Perform required market research on competitors, performance analysis, return on investment and identify areas of new growth
Work with internal and external media companies preparing advertising material for campaigns throughout the GCC (BTL & ATL)
Be involved in building & implementing brand campaigns, photo shoots in conjunction with other internal stakeholders
Provide necessary public relations releases to media as required.
Minimum of 5 years commercial Marketing Management experience. It is essential to have recent retail fashion experience with an internationally recognized brand name or product - Broad Marketing experience including, PR, Events Management, Photo Shoots, Media / Digital, brand management and creative agency management.
Ability to work across multiple brands at the same time.
Used to working with Media, PR, Events Agencies on providing effective & innovative briefs for campaigns is essential
Age Below 35 yrs

Bachelors in Computer Application
Fresher applicant who finished internship will also preferred.
This position is of trainee level & will be guided from IT manager.

- Reporting to VM head
Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
Should follow guidelines
Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result
Come up with, revise and present design ideas with assistant merchandisers
Act in alignment to the organizations culture, products, image and target market

- Should have 5+ year's Experience in UAE in Fit out project works.
Must be presentable & should know UAE market
