Billing Engineer for South Africa

Well experience in verification of bill of material for Civil & Structure work for invoicing, estimation of claims, cost of inventories, vendor billing, etc.
Preparation of Rate Analysis arising out of variation orders related to discipline works
Provides quantities for invoicing and contractual claims if required
Hands on experience in working out the construction quantities from the GFC drawings. 
Monitors the Quality document w.r t claimed quantities ( Pour card/ fabrication report) 

Monitors the actual quantity executed and compares the same w.r.t to PO / Contract and tender quantities and cost
Keeping track record of increasing of quantity w.r.t BOQ and same inform to the client for amendment
Co-coordinating the monthly reports and statistics of the contractors
Certification of works
Valuation / agreement of any variations in the contract
Provide Reconciliation statement for free supply material
