Truck Leasing / Rental Manager for Nigeria

Responsibilities: - 
* Day to day operations and process adherence in the Deployed Forklift Fleet .
* Should be able to Use Fleet Management Softwares 
* Ensuring compliance and adherence to the systems and processes
* Ensuring cost control and cost optimization , Preventive Maintenance Good Practices .
* Recruiting, training and managing the team's performance
* Increase in productivity by maintaining Highest Availability of Machines .
* Acts as a people manager and coordinates with HR for salaries, other issues & Staff Related Issues 
* Ensures Staff follow proper dress code, PPE maintain their behavior with customers and follows traffic rules
* Ensures all the operational SOPs are followed and timely audit is conducted.
* Monitors security parameters across at all Locations and Controls Local stocks / Inventory 
* Expected to Lead the Complete Fleet Operations Spreading Over different Locations. Manage Multiple Locations

Experience Desired : 10-12 Years in Similar Operations ( From Companies Engaged in Forklift Leasing / Rental ). Expected to Lead the Complete Fleet Operations Spreading Over different Locations. Manage Multiple Locations.
