Motor Production Department
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES Key Accountability Areas Key Activities
Perform the activities of Stator press, straightening, winding, varnishing, install lead wire, motor assembly, and dismantle ESP equipment (Motor/Stator) and testing.
Performs under minimum supervision, tasks of substantial variety or complexity which requires a masterly knowledge of winding and assembly techniques, materials, tools and equipment.
Keep accurate and organized all the documentation involved in the development of plant operations and satellite workshops.
Operate and properly repair the downhole and surface equipment and be able to solve problems on site.
Make cleaning job in the workshop areas.
Assist in training new employees, assigning jobs, and check quality of others' work.
Contribute in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and practices taking into account the Integrated Management System for the development of processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Authority
- Quality: Stop and report equipment or nonconforming service.
Industrial safety: Stop and report a sub-standard or unsafe condition.
Environment: Minimize the possible environmental impacts.

Follows all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Promotes the implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating procedures to others within APC.
- Safety, Health and Environment
Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Participates in incident and accident investigations as required in line with agreed safety, health and environment policies, procedures and controls.
Reports on changes within APC that impact relevant safety, health, environmental management and social responsibility policies, procedures and controls.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Motor Rewinding Technician Department

Knowledge and Experience
3 - 5 years of experience in electric submersible assembly, winding and motor assembly equipment.
Knowledge in Electrical Submersible Pump systems.
Basic knowledge in motor operation principle, manufacturing and functionality of the components of electrical submersible pumps motor is preferable.
Knowledge of field service activities & pump installation is preferable,
Knowledge and skills handling computer with Microsoft Windows and specific applications is preferable.
Must have good English written and verbal communication skills.
Good arithmetic skills are preferable.
Electrical & Mechanical aptitude desired
Must be able to use measuring instruments & tools
Familiarity with basic ESP Downhole and Surface Equipment operations
Forklift Operations. Education and Certifications
An Electrical Technician, Mechanical Technician, Electronic Technician, Electromechanical diploma or equivalent is required.
