Senior Accountant 

Responsible for proper and timely recording of financial transactions in the general ledger
in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Prepare and maintain complex
financial statements and reports.
Prepares standard and non-standard income and balance sheet statements, consolidated
statements, and various other accounting statements and reports.
Ensures timely and accurate completion of monthly financial statements for management
review and assists with the budget development.
Analyzes financial reports and records, making recommendations relative to the accounting
reserves, assets and expenditures.
Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned
to various records.

Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw
material purchases, inventory and labor.
Analyzing data collected and recording results.
Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services
provided, to determine effects on cost.
Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard
costs to actual production costs.
Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures.
Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports.

Making estimates of new and proposed product costs.
Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and
profitability of products or services.
Maintaining Cost Accounting System.
Assisting in Month end close of the General Ledger.
Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program.
Reconciles finished goods inventories.
Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal
creatively with complex situations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. Makes
decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that
produce effective end results.


Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors degree in Accounting required
5-8 years of experience.
SAP Business one is Must
