    Job Description
    Gathers Medicaid billing information by reviewing patient hospital records; checking for completeness.
    Ensures payments by verifying accuracy of Medicaid coding.
    Bills Medicaid carrier by inputting billing information to database; initiating electronic transmissions.
    Resolves disputed claims by gathering, verifying, and providing additional information; following-up on claims.
    Resolves discrepancies by examining and evaluating data; selecting corrective steps.
    Adjusts patient bills by reviewing remittance advice; consulting with Medicaid office.
    Prepares monthly reports of Medicaid billing by summarizing billings, adjustments, and revenues received.
    Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; keeping current on Medicaid billing and reimbursement procedures..
    Serves and protects the hospital community by adhering to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and jcaho standards.
    Accomplishes billing department and hospital mission by completing related results as needed.
    Candidate must have 5 10 years experiences in a private hospital billing systems, preferred network hospital / group of hospital work experience. Must be fluent in English language. Age limit 30 40 years.
    Minimum qualification: Bachelor in Commerce / Accountancy
    Salary Range SR.2500 SR.4000 per month plus Benefit.

    About hospital- Mouwasat Medical Services was Founded in 1975 under Commercial Registration No. 2050032029, issued in Dammam as an individual entity owned by Mr. Mohammed Sultan Subaie, where it began running its first medical activity as a private Dispensary at Dammam.
    On the 12th of Ramadan,1417 (corresponding to 22 January 1997) the legal form of the corporation was changed to a Limited Liability Company under Commercial Registration number 2050032029, issued in Dammam with a capital of three million Saudi Riyals. The companys activity is engaged in the ownership, management and operation, and maintenance of hospitals, health centers, medicine warehouses, and pharmacies.
