Client Service Executive for Kuwait

    Candidates presently in Kuwait will be preferred

    Minimum of 3 years experience required, including troubleshooting and repair experience in a networking systems environment
    Customer focused, a team player, and able to multi-task with logical decision making skills
    Excellent Verbal, Written, and Face to Face Communication Skills
    Excellent knowledge of Windows Client operating system
    Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
    Experience of Ticket Tracking Software (MS Service Manager, Remedy, etc)
    Possession of Certifications such as: MCP, A+, NETWORK+, MCDST, MCSE, MCDBA etc.
    Understanding of technical support practices such as ticket documentation, service level agreements, statistics and escalation processes 
    Understanding of ITIL v3
    Wide range of skills and knowledge in computer hardware and/or software to include: PC hardware, networking, and MS Office applications
