Excellent knowledge of Windows Client operating system
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Experience of Ticket Tracking Software (MS Service Manager, Remedy, etc)
Possession of Certifications such as: MCP, A+, NETWORK+, MCDST, MCSE, MCDBA etc.
Understanding of technical support practices such as ticket documentation, service level agreements, statistics and escalation processes
Understanding of ITIL v3
Wide range of skills and knowledge in computer hardware and/or software to include: PC hardware, networking, and MS Office applications
