7-9 years of experience in execution of middle scale construction projects which includes, but not limited to.

a) Reading and understanding of drawings 

b) Preparation of basic specifications of the civil materials.

c) Review and approve of vendor / engineering documents.

d) Preparation of BOQ for civil related materials.

e) Must have experience in handling of civil jobs at hazardous areas inside the refinery.
