Job Description :
1) Overall responsibility of managing the kitchen that serves
2) Manage multiple location outlets.
3) Plan and direct food preparation. Menu / recipe standardization.
4) Ensure, quality, hygiene, safety, HACCP, presentation standards .
5) Quality and economic purchasing ,Train staff, control food cost.
6) Food promotion, revenue generation. Attract events using innovative ideas.
