HSE Inspector for for UAE Shutdown Project

We are having client interview for below mention position for UAE Shutdown 

Position-HSE Inspector

He will report to contractors safety engineer:
Conducts HSE inspections and housekeeping tours in the assigned area and submit report to
contractors safety engineer for review and compilation.
Conduct the spot checking of TAR activities and verify compliance TRA, method statement, PPEs
and life-saving equipment.(Attachment- 3,4,11& 12)
Check the availability of periodic gas testing records and log of entry and exit for confined space
entries are maintained in assigned area.
Report all substandard acts and conditions and prepare a Daily HSE Observations report and
submit to safety engineers for their review and compilation (Attachment-14)
Monitors use and condition of PPE being worn by company and contractor employees and
reports PPE non-compliance.
Assists in conducting HSE campaigns & On-site HSE awareness sessions and any other
requirement of the department.
Assists Contractors Safety Engineer in investigation of incidents/near-miss reports as and when
required.
Demonstrates use of PPE and safety equipment during safety orientation program.
Conduct the inspections of lifting tools and tackles, cranes, non-sparking tools etc. (Attachment-
5)
Report all findings related to detectors, eye wash or other items to safety technicians
