Plumber

Minimum 8 years experience in maintenance in Multi-story buildings, Highly sensitive facilities, and Modern equipment.

High secondary education with Tradesman Certificate or equivalent.

Min 8Yrs experience in facilities maintenance Preferably in UAE.

Duty Time
10+ 1 hours * 26 days per month
Friday OT shall be paid as per working hour

Electrical Technician
The electrical technician shall be responsible for the maintenance work on all low current, 3phase power distribution system in electrical and instrumentation systems.
High exposure in controls and distribution system.
Adequate Training certifications in Controls and Electrical systems.

High secondary education with Industrial Tradesman certificate, NCVT (2 years ITI) in Electrician.

Min 8Yrs experience in facilities maintenance Preferably in UAE.

Duty Time
10+ 1 hours * 26 days per month

Electrician

Min 5Yrs experience in facilities maintenance,
Preferably in UAE.

Duty Time
10+ 1 hours * 26 days per month

Civil Supervisor
Technical Competency in the Specific trade
Ability to demonstrate clearly, routine supervision, Forecasting issues
Ability to plan Schedules, manpower, machines, materials, etc
Effective time management and cost management
Effective multi linguistic to converse with team and client
Flexibility and understanding ethics in working hours.
Familiar with Quality & HSE managements, KPIs
Proficiency in Computer and Report writing.
Valid UAE Driving License.

3yrs Diploma Engineering in FM
Or, Recognized 2yrs Industrial Training Certificate (ITI).

Diploma with a min 12years
OR ITI with a min. 20years experience in Facility managements.
Preferably in UAE (GCC Experience is a must).

Electrical Supervisor
The E &I Supervisor shall be responsible to supervise the maintenance works on low voltage electrical and instrumentation systems. Technical Competency in the Specific trade Ability to demonstrate clearly, routine supervision, Forecasting issues Ability to plan Schedules, manpower, machineries, materials, etc Effective time management and cost management Effective multi linguistic to converse with team and client Flexibility and understanding ethics in working hours. Familiar with Quality & HSE managements, KPIs Proficiency in Computer and Report writing. Valid UAE Driving License.

Proficiency in Computer and Report writing.
Planner/ Call Centre staff shall be responsible for receiving and logging all calls for maintenance or service.
Shall plan and allocate maintenance staff for provision of required SERVICES.
Presentation of various varieties of Reports through Microsoft.
AutoCAD proficiency is highly preferred.
Valid UAE Driving License.

Diploma or suitable Certification (Recognized).

Minimum 10 years experience in Maintenance services of buildings, infrastructure computer knowledge and other industrial conditions. Preferably in UAE.
