Operations Director

Key Accountabilities:

• Strategize, lead and direct the key activities related to implementation of operations strategy, resources, budget and standards to achieve KPIs and business objectives
• Manage operational performance of O&M, including site management and expansion, planning, forecast and budgeting
• Lead operations management, including passive network deployment, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives, to ensure on-time delivery and flawless execution, optimized with efficient and cost-effective asset management and material management
• Collaborate with Engineering team for engineering deployment and infrastructure development
• Work with the Service Excellence team and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Lead on cost reduction initiatives in operations
• Vendor management for operations support
• Responsible in activities relating to ISO, OSHA, and CSR
• Provide leadership with people management and mentoring to teams
• Collaborative engagement with cross-functional teams within NTC and corporate centre

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Telecommunications or relevant field
• MBA in related field an advantage
• At least 12 years experience in the operations domain
• 5 or more years experience at a senior management level in a telco company/MNC/towerco preferred

Knowledge & Skills:

• Experience in Field Operations & Maintenance of distributed infrastructure networks or multiple large-scale infrastructures
• Experience in working in a NOC / TOC environment is preferred
• Prior experience in managing and reporting on availability / operations KPI is desirable
• Experience in implementing new operation initiatives for a telecom organization would be an advantage

Finance Director


Key Accountabilities:

• Manage and control of all capital and revenue budgets
• Oversee the annual financial planning as part of business planning for the NTC
• Lead the financial aspects of strategic projects aimed at achieving growth of the NTC
• Conduct financial analysis for new investments, new products, service, pricing decisions
• Plan and prepare financial management documents, including financial plans, budgets and forecasts
• Prepare Management Reports / variance for management tracking or decision making
• Ensure adequate internal controls and financial procedures are in place
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions
• Manage and oversee the preparation of all statutory returns
• Lead and initiate liaison with auditors, business advisers and funding partners
• Oversee the Finance and Supply Chain Management Shared Services resources on the ground
• Monitor and control the quality and cost effectiveness of services provided by the Finance Division
• Lead, manage and develop the Finance team to ensure performance objectives are met
• Promote and contribute to edotco Groups organisational culture and values

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified accountant to at least CIMA, ACCA, ACA or CIPFA level
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience with 3 years at a management level

Knowledge & Skills:

• Good working knowledge of current accounting software systems
