Lifting Inspector for Madina Group, Qatar

• To perform inspections, testing and certification as per company procedure, client specification and international standards.
• Responsible to make sure to have all the required inspection tool for inspection activities.
• To verify that all the measuring and Inspection and Testing tool related to lifting is in valid state of calibration prior to use.
• Responsible to maintain the inspection tool given to him.
• Responsible to perform visual inspection on lifting equipment and lifting gear as per the client requirement and international standards.
• Responsible to carry out functional test on lifting equipment as per the client requirement and international standards.
• Responsible to carry out load test on lifting equipment as per the client requirement and international standards.
• Responsible to make report on the basis of inspection and testing.

• To verify materials and the respective Material certificates against drawings and specification requirements.
• To Liaison with both the Client / Third Party Inspector for all job related Inspection and Testing as per the requirement.
• To check record and maintain the daily lifting related records.
• To compile Data Dossiers and gain approval from the Client/Third Party Inspectors.
• To maintain all quality related documents and updating in Epicor.
• Responsible for good acceptance related to lifting.
• Responsible for his own safety and others safety working around him.
• Responsible to check the spare parts for repair as per the client requirement and standard.

• Responsible to check the manufacture test certificate and as per the standard.
• Responsible for closing the any non-conformances if raised.
• Responsible to adhere and follow the implemented Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policy, objectives and procedures.
• Responsible to have reasonable care towards the environment and contribute in energy savings and waste reduction
