Senior Accountant
We are looking for a reliable accounting professional to supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities. You will establish financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Good knowledge of taxation GST Computation and return, payroll Processing, Inventory Voucher with TDS,TDS Return ,VAT, Service Tax.
- Responds to inquiries from the Director of Finance, Controller, and other finance managers regarding financial results, special reports.
- Coordination with banks for LC n forex conversion.
Required Candidate profile
Proven working experience in Accounting
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
Good Knowledge of Taxation
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to direct and supervise
PG degree in Accounting or Finance
SAP Knowledge preferred

Dairy Production Manager
A person with good skills set of production planning, plant maintenance, execution , operation , business process , customer service , finished goods , supply chain, storage and inventory control of Milk Production Plant. The person will also be responsible for keeping production data and reports of the various products being produced by the plant. Will be responsible for the maintenance of the plant and ensuring that the products made are complaint of the relevant norms of the Industry & Government. Must be good task master and should be able to motivate the team for achieving the desired result.
A dairy production manager is responsible for assisting the manager in the financial and physical performance of the farm and as such will be skilled in all aspects of the operations. In this role you will assist in implementing the short- and long-term business plans. You will be expected to drive the business and work with your Manager to ensure success. You will be required to optimize the performance, as a unit and as part of in accordance with company policy.
This position oversees the day to day operations of a dairy production plant and the activities of the production staff and schedules production, controls inventories, and assists in training and motivating team members. Ensures the proper flow of product to the customer.

Strong leadership skills.
Ability to deliver results and make decisions while juggling multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.
