Senior IT professional (PMP and Microsoft certified) with 12-15 Yrs. of experience

Worked on for Operations & Driving Cost Efficiency for the following Business Applications

o Microsoft Dynamics 365“ Primary tool for Customer relationship management used by Sales, Marketing and Operations Teams

o IBM Cognos Analytics tool used by the Executive and Sr. Management for reporting, dashboards and analytics.

o Web Portal (Drupal/WordPress/SDP) Ecommerce portals for each brand and middleware responsible for all online sales and integrations

o Mobile App (IOS/Android) Guest facing mobile application allowing the guest to purchase tickets, gamification, AR based information display, selecting / viewing attractions, access park information.

Responsible for business analysis and design of all new requirements/integrations from business team related to Customer Experience & Analytics and translating the same into technical specifications for the development teams.

Responsible for working with Revenue Management & Marketing teams to perform data analysis and provide insights for executive management

Worked on Microsoft Dynamics , key financial compliance parameters across systems, Machine to Machine platform in partnership with platform providers, transformation of customer experience platform

Development, support and warranty maintenance for ICT systems including Siebel CRM , BSCS Billing , and Data warehouse platform based on Tera Data, Informatica and Cognos .
