Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing New Leads, Clients and Customers.
- Promoting the company's franchise model for CIS Countries (Russia).
- Promote and sell product and services to potential doctors within a defined territory.
- Survey of the market in the Region on a regular basis to keep a track on the trend and demand of the company products.
- Reporting any unusual change in the demand of the company product in the Region and suggest the pro-active action to the management.
- Suggest for any new product to be introduced in the market.
- Devising business Strategy for company product as well as other companies products.
- Other responsibilities which may be required to perform as Head.
- Ready to move in CIS Countries.

- Excellent Communication & presentation Skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- To prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to build strategic and long term relationships.
- Willing to travel across the country within the assign territory.
