Overview of the Role and Requirements

Responsible for effectively running classes for students to achieve their learning goals and managing relationships with parents & school partners

• The role of a Faculty involves the following tasks, functions, and responsibilities:
• Preparation & Delivery in the Classroom:
• Prepare a lesson plan in advance and use Avanti pedagogy to teach students in the classroom

Keep a track of students' classwork and homework on an ongoing basis
Ensure discipline and punctuality is maintained in the classroom
Prepare for the traditional blackboard teaching method in some centers
Organize doubt solving sessions and extra classes, if requested by students
Track student attendance and update in LMS on a daily basis

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Passion for working in education and teaching
• Proficiency  in Class XI and XII Maths
• The belief that all students can learn and achieve their goals
• Ability to connect with, inspire and motivate students
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills, including the ability to link cause and effect and generate solutions to problems
