Roles and Responsibilities

1. Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals.

2. Device and establish IT policies and system to support the implementation of strategies set by the upper management.

3. Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.

4. Identify the need of upgrades, configuration or new system and report to upper management.

5. Auditing of the existing system, process and the end user functioning
