Candidate Profile:
Education Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or Plastic Engineering or Technology
Experience: Candidate must have a minimum of 12+ years in the Plastic Industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
Job Role:
- The candidate is responsible for Technical, Quality, and Cost-effective Manufacturing of the Products, also involves Plant Quality and Process Safety, Health and Environmental activities related to the plant and person, Plant related IR, and Cost-effective plant operations.
- Candidates have to continuous development, analysis, and utilization established departmental
- Candidates have to perform data programs to achieve departmental goals including future needs and capabilities.
- Candidates have the ability to understand, implement and analyze SPC (Statistical Process Control) practices, to add validation to all aspects of the operation.
- Candidates have to the continuous analysis of current production processes and procedures, proposals for improvements, implementation, and follow-through of agreed-upon changes.
- The candidate is responsible for weekly meetings with Supervisors and key staff.
- Candidates have to perform periodic reviews and development opportunities relating to Supervisors and key personnel.
- Candidates have to assist subordinates with reviews and disciplinary matters as needed.
- Candidates have to adherence and enforcement of all Corporate Safety policies and procedures.
- Candidates have the ability to own, lead and develop the overall division, its staff, and its activities.
- Candidate has to assure process team: 100% adherence to all recipe designs and/or procedures; no deviations.
- Candidates have to understand the implications of departmental downtime and inefficient processing and ability how to react to such matters, to minimize downtime incurred.
- Candidates have to contribute in a proactive approach to address and eliminate future downtime obstructions.
- Candidates have to implement the Six Sigma approach & complete Improvement projects as per target.
