 FOOD AND BEVERAGE - DIVISION HEAD

Bachelors degree in a related subject or otherwise extensive industry experience and demonstrated capabilities

Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook

Requires minimum of 10 years related experience

Directs and oversees all aspects of the projects food and beverage planning and service.

Plans, coordinates, and oversees special events.

Manage the functions through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups.

Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.

Prepare quarterly forecasts and operations reports for each Food and Beverage operating department.

Development, interpretation and implementation of policies, operating procedures and training programs, manuals, directives, menus, work schedules, rules and regulations for the food and beverage staff and personnel.

FOOD CONTROL UNIT SPECIALIST

Bachelors degree in Hotel Management or at least 5 years in a busy F&B industry

Likely to have worked in a hospitality environment

Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook

Requires minimum of 7 to10 years related experience

Control the Food and Beverage in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.

Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.

Responsible for preparing daily Food and Beverage Report and distribute to management.

Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head.

Calculate figures for food inventories, orders, and costs. Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.

Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs. Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.

Adhere to food safety and handling policies and procedures across all food-related areas.

All candidates must have GULF experience.
