Candidate Requirement:

Education Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Candidate must have 10+ years in Cable industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate have to supervise entire production department and Find cause of product failure and fix them on time
• Candidate is responsible for Prevent them from happening again and Find route cause of problem
• Candidate having a good extrusion process of different type of material, XLPE, PVC, HDPE, LLDPE, NYLON, etc.
• Candidate having excellent experience in in handling of production of quality power cable Light Voltage and Medium Voltage Cable and OH Conductors.
• Candidate have to Guide employees to ensure tasks are done properly
• Candidate have ability to handling shift and Training of staff
• Candidate have to Plan daily workload and Set areas of responsibility for all subordinates
• Candidate have to evaluate whether objectives are met and Monitor quality of Rollers
• Candidate is responsible for Liaise with Mechanical and Electrical teams and inform them of all actions and delays
• Candidate have to Liaising with operators on regular basis to obtain feedback on production and machine
• Candidate have to ensures safety standards.
• Candidate have to apply technical knowledge and skills
• Candidate have ability to communicate and write properly in English
