Skills Required:
- Handles staffing, recruitment, training, employee relations, payroll, and other HR functions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of any HR solution softwares.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and manage sensitive HR issues effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to local culture.
- Good with data analysis. Ability to gather, organize, and maintain HR data (e.g., employee demographics, payroll, performance, attendance).
