Experience: 3 to 6 yrs.

Develop all assigned accounts within a predefined territory relative to sales volume, revenue, market share, product distribution, space allocation and customer service.

Ensure effective account management by selling and executing national and local promotions, soliciting placement of incremental marketing equipment, displays and racks and replenishing product inventory.

Utilize point-of-sale materials to stimulate sales.

Provide excellent service to assigned accounts; create and maintain goodwill with all customers.

Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales.

Monitor and report on competitive activity.

Complete required paperwork and processes in an accurate and timely manner.

Good knowledge of Nigeria (developing markets), especially north and mid belt.

Job will have 50 % travel.

Food Service or Consumer Products experience preferred.

Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.

Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite.

Solid oral presentation skills required.

Create a Quarterly Marketing Calendar to be used by the frontline to manage each of these programs.
