- 14+ years of experience as a strong software engineer or equivalent
5+ year experience as an enterprise architect or solution engineer or equivalent
Good knowledge of product and engineering processes
Knowledge of SOA architecture
Proficiency in one or more of the following areas: distributed systems, databases, file systems, image-processing and web development
Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: clustering, network protocols, use of networking tools, performance benchmarking tools and software security protocols
Knowledge of mobile development in ios and android is a plus
Knowledge of big data, analytics and NO SQL databases is a plus
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
Good collaboration and interpersonal skills
Valid Passport and willing to travel to India and Belarus (atmost 3 times a year)
Open to work in shifts and weekends, when circumstances warrants
