Experience: 8 - 13 yrs

  • Provide the Service and maintains lifts after installation.
  • Conducts hands-on training for sub-ordinates.
  • Schedules servicing of all lifts and escalators including annual plan and detailed service schedule.
  • Plans the daily work schedule of field men and supervises their work as scheduled.
  • Attend to lift and escalator breakdown and trouble shoot problems.
  • Liaise with technical expertise locally and with the manufacturer.
  • Attend site management and technical meetings.
  • Co-ordinate the service works with consultants/contractors.
  • Attend site meeting with consultants and building developers.
  • Implements safety procedures at the project site.
  • Assists statutory departments in regular inspection for operational permit.
  • Develop service manuals for reference.
  • Organize and coordinate all administrative activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information.
  • Interact with clients, vendors and visitors.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.
  • Preparing and scheduling bill of materials and other costs in Navision applying usage to the jobs.
  • Opening and closing of on-site workshop.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

  • Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration.
  • International work experience in lift installation and servicing is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team building skills.
  • Effective verbal and communications skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Time management skills
  • Must have valid passport and ready to relocate to Fiji
