Experience : Should have 5 years experience in related field.

Job Description :
Knowledge in preparation of Purchase Orders and Rental Orders.  
Request inquiries for Material quotations via electronic mails or telephone.
Familiar in placing of orders thru telephones and electronic mails.
Responsible in procuring of consumables, special materials, tools for different departments of company.  
Updated the daily purchase reports or rental reports. 
Knows to prepare monthly Invoice Summary for payment purposes to Accounts section.
