The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for the pasta and snack plants. Responsibilities include setting goals for productivity and cost by effectively managing all the department heads through leadership, mentoring and a set of agreed and measurable objectives and KPIs. 
    Also, to manage large-scale projects with a close focus on time and cost. Additional responsibilities include ensuring efficient plant & labour utilisation, managing budgets and quality. 
    The Factory Manager will also establish management practices which encourage the positive involvement and development of all employees.

    Requirements
    Minimum of 20 years proven experience in production, technical and project management together with supporting disciplines (procurement and HR).
    Sound technical knowledge of manufacturing operations.
    Project management of over US$100m in size. 
    Leadership, communication skills.
    Analytical and problem-solving skills.
