Main Duties
1. Preparation of mise-en-place.
2. Keeping the work area neat and clean.
3. Picking up the indented items from the store.
4. Observe and learn from the Head Chef
5. To prepare food according to standardized recipes and to keep areas and equipment clean.
6. Cooking and presentation as per the standardized recipes.
