- Client has a different procurement centers in West Africa to buy agri commodities such as sugar, rice, raw cashew nuts etc., We need a procurement manager to head our center.
- The procurement manager will be shuffled every 6 to 8 months to another West African country as per managements choice.
Should have minimum three years experience in agro commodity buying especially in Africa.
Salary range would be between $ 800 - $ 1400 depending on experience.
GENERAL POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ALL POSITIONS.
1 ) Job will be for 11 months continuously with one month paid holiday.
2 ) Company will provide to & fro tickets once a year.
3 ) Local transportation, guesthouse facility and basic medical will be provided by the company.
4 ) Each employee is insured for 10 lacs to 20 lacs depending on the positions he holds.
5 ) All employees will be given a bachelor status only. We do not provide a family status to anyone.
6 ) For a job in Franco African country, knowledge of French is compulsory.
7 ) Candidate has to give minimum 2 references from previous employment.
8 ) Candidate should have minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in West Africa.
9 ) Candidate has to deposit one months salary with the company which is refundable after three years of his employment.
10 ) Candidate has to give 3 months notice if he wants to leave the job. In case if he leaves the job before the annual completion he has to bear to & fro cost.
11 ) Candidates original certificates has to be deposited in the head office for security reasons.
12 ) Over & above his salary the employee will be paid 250 300 $ as food allowance which in other words is called local expenses.
