Job Role 
The Account Management Director is responsible for coordinating and representing the customers complete business relationship across geography and all lines of business, and for both maintaining and maximizing the accounts overall financial value over time 
1. 12 + years of experience in relationship management, business development, alliance management, account management, Client Anchoring in IT industry related experience, preferably with professional IT services company or software provider 
2. Experience of project planning, budget control, requirements analysis and working in a team. 
3. Industry exposure to Information Technology / Software services / Software Solutions 
4. Accountable for overall account P&L and customer satisfaction: 
5. Financial Targets: *Meet or exceed InterGlobes stated financial quotas and targets 
6. Establish sustainable relationships with internal / external partners and clients 
7. Understand and communicate InterGlobes key competitive differentiator 
8. Statement of Work (SOW) Development 
9. Need-based Sales Methodology 
10. Proven history of Account Management 
11. Sound understanding of Onsite / Offshore Business Models 
12. Prior experience in Operations and P&L responsibility in IT/ITES environment.
