    Role and Responsibilities:

    - Business Hunting - To generate, cultivate and establish large scale relationships and drive new business revenue.

    - To undertake pro-active sales activities to convert suspects into prospects

    - To assist in creating, define and implement the sales strategy, approach and objectives for the target market.

    - To identify key opportunities and work with the Pre-sales function to craft a suitable and compelling proposal for the client

    - To ensure routine use of bid review / approval processes, sales reporting and pipeline management tools.

    - Primary owner of the Opportunity Management process - Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close

    - To develop and maintain the most senior a level (C-level) relationship within target market / accounts in order to maximize sales opportunities.

    - To take Go-To-Market Solutions to the target market.

    - To ensure high customer satisfaction by working closely with the delivery teams and achieving committed service quality norms.

    Skills and Experience :

    - 8 - 12 years of work experience in selling IT solutions and services in one or more industries that include Banking & Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Retail with preferably 3 - 4 years in Australia.

    - Experience of working in virtual teams spread over multiple locations and countries, primarily offshore delivery model.

    - Understanding of technology and vertical platforms, competitive landscape, in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with presales team) to match customer needs is essential.
