Procurement Manager for West Africa

The position would be responsible for:

- To forecast levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels;
- To conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality;
- To handle liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers;
- To identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them;
- To negotiate and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress;
- To process payments and invoices;
- To develop purchasing strategy;
- To ensuring suppliers are aware of business objectives;

The desired profile will be any Graduate/PG Candidate with 3+yrs. experience in Purchase Function. 

The candidate having exposure to Agro Commodity/ Metal Trading Co. or previous Africa exposure/ French Language knowledge would be added advantage.
