Sr. Sales Manager for Five Core Electronics Ltd in Egypt, Nigeria & Ghana




    The brand "5 CORE" was established in 1988 which introduced multi core soldering wire of Japanese Technology in India. Many items followed to cover a wide variety of public address systems,electronics and electricals.

    Currently we are trading with more than 55 countries namely U.S.A, U.K, Germany, Japan, Italy, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Columbia, Singapore, Dubai, Nepal, Libya, Yemen, Brazil, Argentina, Tanzania, Iran, Iraq, South Africa, Nigeria, Egypt and Bangladesh.
    We are not only the largest manufacturers of PA equipments but also the biggest exporter of the same worldwide..
        Sales & Marketing Responsibilities
        1. Recruitment of adequate sales staff.
        2. Product and sales training of sales staff.
        3. Setting goals for the country and dividing sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole.
        4. Updation of offer price list to all the sales staff and implementation of all schemes introduced by HO.
        5. Allocating areas to sales representatives.
        6. Ensuring adequate promotional material availability to the sales staff.
        7. Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
        8. Regular updation of Action Plan.
        9. Working on MSL (Minimum Stock Level)
        10. Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products. 
        11. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
        12. Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
        13. Grading of customers & clients.
        14. Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
        15. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
        16. Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
        17. Servicing the needs of existing customers.
        18. Updating HO on Debtors and maintaining debtor cards. 
        19. Providing quality related updates to the HO.
        20. Reporting to the Concerned Person.
        21. Provide all the related reports on time asked by head office.

        Other Responsibilities

        22. Ensuring proper administration in office in all the departments.
        23. Ensuring complete HR support in maintaining attendance & employees details & documents, implementation of policies, etc.
        24. Any other work the company may assign time to time.
          1. Excellent sales and negotiation skills
          2. The ability to motivate and lead a team
          3. Initiative and enthusiasm
          4. Excellent communication in English (other language preferred)
          5. Good planning and organizational skills
          6. Min. sales experience 5 Yrs
          7. Preferably from electronics sales
