ORACLE WEBCENTER CONTENT (ENTERPRISE CONTENT MANGEMENT SYSTEM)
Responsible for requirements gathering, design, implementation of ECM solution as per the client requirements.
Interact with clients as required throughout the implementation cycle of ECM products to ensure the solution satisfies the need.
Provide knowledge and insight to the ECM product range to staff as required
Provide support to the Pre-Sales team, this may include but is not limited to: documentation, Client meetings and/or presentations as well as estimates for prospective new projects
Working with adherence to the agreed implementation and project management processes
Good knowledge in BPM and how to modify it according to Customer requirements.
Interested to work with sales team for technical proposal.
Required Skills :
The role holder must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following:
Bilingual (Arabic and English)
Knowledge and experience with Oracle SOA Suite
WebCenter Imaging, WebCenter Content, Weblogic Server
Knowledge and experience integrating WebCenter Imaging
WebCenter Content with other applications
Experience working in a technical support role
Practical knowledge of procedures for installing, configuring, upgrading, troubleshooting application software, hardware and peripherals
Strong written and oral communication skills at both business and technical levels
Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) Is a plus
Oracle Identity and Access Management (OAM) Is a plus
Oracle Identity Management (IDM) Is a plus
Oracle Forms Recognition (OFR) Is a plus
WebCenter Document Capture (ODC) Is a plus
