MATERIAL CONTROLLER:
- Prepare Material status reports, material forecasts, consumption reports and material reconciliation statements.
- Co-ordinate with construction staff to ensure un-interrupted availability of materials as per action plans and alert Project manager about any likely gap in material availability.
- Keep charge of the Material store and track all incoming and outgoing movement of materials through meticulous record keeping.
- Maintain accurate record of company issued materials, work under wise consumption and balance stock.
- Prepare materials reconciliation reports as per the Contract for Company issued materials and revise as per company comments.
- Provides necessary reports/ records /information to Project Manager covering all aspects of procurement, storage, issue and consumption of project materials.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Shall have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8 years of experience or a Diploma (3 Years Course) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Min 15 Years of work Experience
- The experience shall be in the field of material procurement or construction for oil and gas pipeline/piping projects.
- Must be familiar with different piping material specifications, procurement specifications and NACE requirements.

PLANNING ENGINEER:
- Prepare action plans using proper computer software provided by the Company and direct/co-ordinate the design and construction activities.
- Maintain timely preparation of flowlines, header design packages for undisturbed flowlines construction activity in the field.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of flowlines, header construction.
- Check and arrange correction/updating of drawings and design packages.
- Co-ordinate with other personnel of Contractor for issue of materials for construction.
- Should be able to know, learn and implement Company budgeting system projects and job number allocation.
- Any other office or filed work assigned to him by the Company.
- Carry our Cost estimate, Scheduling of work order. Monitor and track design, Procurement and construction activities.
- Prepare and Submit reports by using relevant software applications as required.
- Review the 6 monthly Action Plan.
- Re phasing of projects, Cost estimate and preparation of Budget Proposals, Preparation of AFE, Accurals list, Expenditure Status and Plan, etc.
- Prepare Asset Reports, Monthly Reports of Projects, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years planning experience in pipeline construction / plant piping projects.
- He should have sound knowledge of International Codes of Pipelines/Piping,
Wielding, NDT, Hydro testing, etc, computer software i.e.MS Office, Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, Primavera, MS Projects work Schedule.etc
- Should be excellent in written and spoken English language. Able to prepare feasibility study report, Action Plan, Cost Estimate, Budget Proposals, AFE, Asset Reports, Work Schedule, Expenditure Plan, Bill of Materials etc

SAFETY ENGINEER:
- Prepare and implement Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) plan.
- Conduct Safety Introduction for all site personnel.
- Prepare Specific hazards list for daily monitoring.
- Conduct daily inspection and report safety hazards on all equipment and vehicles.
- Instruct and motivate all levels of site personnel including sub-contractors on safety awareness and procedures.
- Ensure compliance to work permit requirements and other regulations.
- Safety Engineer shall allocate responsibilities to safety Officers and monitor their functioning.
- Oversee the provision of proper Aid and Fire Protection requirements including the proper training required thereof.
- Conduct regular Safety meetings with all supervisory Personnel and Prepare/ submit to the Company the minutes of such meetings.
- Prepare the required periodic keeping of all relevant safety matters for review by the Company Safety representatives.
QUALIFICATION:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Fire & Safety, Environment, Petroleum, Electrical or Civil) from a recognized and reputed university (4-years Course) with minimum 7 years’ experience as HSE personnel in the relevant field.
- 8-10 Years Experience in Oil & Gas Sector.
- Must have successfully completed one or more HSE course(s) in any category of training in General Industrial Safety or Construction safety.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English.
