Work Location : Initially 2 months in Chennai with long term onsite in Abu Dhabi
The PM-Technical will provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the technical Teams onsite and offshore
Will be the single point contact for the client for technical discussions around architecture, security, integration, infrastructure etc.
Prepare /Review the high level technical design and guide the development team
Estimate the new changes to the applications and coordinate with Sales team for the proposal closure
Prepare the delivery plan for deliverables and agree with the client.
Manage the Delivery as per agreed delivery plan agreed with the client
Report the Project progress to Internal Management and the to the Client.
Track the production support SLAs and continuously engage with the Client
Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
Bachelors degree in Engineering
Experience
13-15 Years of experience in Java technologies
At least 3-4 years in the previous role as Technical Delivery/Project Manager
