Job Description :
Assist crane operations by loading and installing of material, and signaling crane operators while ensuring safety of the workplace.
This role operates under the direction of the Foreman, Machine Shop. The jobholder is accountable for the rigging activities of heavy equipment in the maintenance department.
Work involves almost constant exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises.
Extensive physical activity. Requires physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects.
Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
