1. Ensure that the agreed standard of service delivery on day-to-day reactive maintenance and planned and cyclical maintenance is applied throughout the Groups and Associates properties.
2. Ensure properties are maintained to agreed standards and Health & Safety issues are addressed promptly
- Qualifications, Experience, knowledge, skills &abilities :
1. B.Tech. / Engg. Diploma in Civil,Construction, Mechanical or related discipline
2. Atleast 3 yrs experience in a similar role within properties or hotel industry
3. Supervisory experience managing technicians and contractors
4. Good technical orientation
5. Good commercial orientation - understanding cost vs benefit
6. Pleasant, professional & customer friendly personality
