- FINISHING INCHARGE
- This role requires a finishing in charge (packing department) who can handle large volumes of up to 40,000 per day.
- Should be good with figure control & must be quality conscious.
- Would be responsible for managing a department of 700 workforce & hence, should be a good administrator / manager / enforcer with a command of the English Language.
- The ideal candidate must have 5 to 7 years of experience in the same field.
Salary bracket would be between USD 1200 - USD 1600
MERCHANDISER
- To follow with HO for all the reference samples & keep a track of the samples send to Factory.
- To follow for the system file & Approved samples, then to send to respective factories.
- To make sure Sampling department receives all the samples fabric & trims on time.
- To work with factories for the samples to be picked from Factories.
- To make sure all PP / Counter samples are getting dispatched to Buyers on time & to follow-up on the approvals.
- Follow-up on the wash standard & required shade approvals.
- Complete Trims & Fabric follow up from HO & Distribution to the order allocated Factories.
- To conduct the PP meeting with Buyer QA's & Factory for the Orders handled.
- To place the Carton & Polybag Orders & to follow-up with On-Time delivery to the allocated Factories.
- To maintain the records of Stock Fabric & Trims to update to HO merchants.
- To get the materials MRN updated from stores & to work with suppliers in case of any short receipt.
- Follow-up on the Cut / Sewn / Pack figures to make sure there is no excess requirement of materials than what received in house.
- Cross checking the actual consumption of Materials & Fabric & to alert the factory incase of any short receipt or if excess quantities are to be cut/shipped.
- To follow on Fabric / Trims shade approvals with HO & if any other quality issues in received materials.
- Preparing Excel & Online packing List for the Orders handled.
- To follow with the Shipping department for all the Material clearance & to update Planning & Factory on any expected delays.
- To Visit each of the factories once a week & to discuss with each department Head for any issues related to Materials.
- To prepare check list for Subcon orders & work with Stores to make sure all materials are sent to factories.
- Experience required would be between 4 to 6 years.
Salary bracket would be between USD 1200 - USD 1400
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER
- Enthusiastic, young & energetic applicants with a good command of the English language are welcome for this role.
- Should be able to prepare operation bulletins, allocate machines & line machine layouts
- Should be disciplined & must be able to instil discipline in the lines.
- Strong in figure control & must be very systematic in ensuring the garment WIP moves in sequence.
- Must have good experience in calculating SAM & should be ready to take up a challenge at all times for any operation's high capacity output
- Experience required would be between 5 to 7 years.
Salary bracket would be between USD 1200 - USD 1600
